An Average Night's Sleep

This infographic was created by recording my sleep habits for the duration of a week. My primary consideration was to study the impact that sleep has on one's mood, productivity, and physical health. In addition to designing an infographic that reflected my personal sleep patterns, I created a fill-in-yourself worksheet to give others a method of tracking the effects of their sleep habits.
